If you told me I was cancer free

What if I was told I was cancer free?

If someone told me right now that I was cancer free I would celebrate and be the happiest person in the world. I would set my dreams into motion and live my new life with immense gratitude!

I would thank my cancer for the lessons I have learned. Powerful lessons! And so many of them! My life has changed completely since being diagnosed and if I was cancer free I would carry on my healthy living, being me and going for long walks along the beach. Nothing would change except my inner peace and gratitude for a new lease of life.

I have learnt that being true to yourself and loving and respecting yourself is the most important thing you can do!

The lessons I have lived so far:

1.       Rest and honour every part of me, loving my cells and sending them love and peace daily makes me feel good.

2.       There is an energy full of unconditional love, connecting to this energy is immense!

3.       Everything is a reflection, let go of fear and worry. Our thoughts manifest!

4.       Positive affirmations work! Decluttering the mind is a long process but worth it because it changes your life dramatically.

5.       Forgiving and releasing all my past and bringing joy into my world. Every time I think of a “poor me” moment or regrets from the past I say “I forgive and release all my past, I now fill my world with joy”

6.       Trust my higher self and the universal language of love. Something bigger is at work, it works through us all!

7.       Be true to who I am. We are all unique and Ive found who I am and Im honouring me from this moment on. No more trying to fit in!

8.       Food is medicine.

I have learnt such powerful lessons, I will never loose myself again!

15 Superfoods to prevent breast cancer

When I was first diagnosed in December 2015 I immediately stopped eating sugar (Otto Warburg in the 1920s discovered that sugar feeds cancer, he won a Nobel prize for this finding) and meat (Otto Warburg also discovered a high acidic diet promotes cancer, so red meat and fizzy drinks puts our body into high risk) I ate organic fruit and vegetables and minimal dairy products (definitely avoided cows milk). I also cut out bread as this is high in sugar.  I then read conflicting articles about food and cancer, so I also tried the ketogenic diet which was advised by a practitioner. This is probably the worst thing I could have done. My cancer is oestrogen positive and HER2 positive which means it’s a fast growing protein and a high meat diet feeds it! So diets have to be adapted to your own personal type of cancer. When you combine a good diet with meditation and a cancer treatment of your choice these three things could potentially lead to successful healing.

I have marked the foods that have undergone human clinical trials with a * because human trials are a more powerful and solid study to show the effects of the food. I’ve marked **for amazing clinical trials that have effected women with breast cancer in a positive way and *** for an absolute must for killing breast cancer cells.

Note: Experiments in vitro means they have been tested in test tubes and petri dishes. In vivo means animal testing.

  1. **Pineapples and bromelain – I try and eat two pineapples a day but when I don’t have any I take bromelain as a supplement. Bromelain is an enzyme that digests proteins and exhibits selective cytotoxicity, which means it, has the ability to shrink or kill a cancer cell whilst leaving other cells intact. “Bromelain has been reported to promote cell apoptosis especially in breast cancer cells” this is from the public medical journal which influenced me to eat as much bromelain as possible! Another experiment took place at Washington University they undertook human clinical trials for breast cancer. 3,000mg of bromelain a day for 10 days enhanced monocyte cytotoxicity against breast cancer cell lines (which means the immune system started to recognise the cancer as toxic in just 10 days and a small reduction in cancer cells was detectable) Bromelain has also been used in preventing post surgical adhesions and also used for lymphodema with other plant enzymes in a formula called phlogenzym.
  2. *Red grapes and grape seed – Red grapes are an excellent source of resveratrol which is a phytoalexin (plant antibiotic); the compound enables plants to attack disease and helps it stay alive under environmental stress. Lots of research is taking place in the medical industry for resvertrol and its amazing health benefits for cancer and heart problems, positive results are coming out in vivo and vitro experiments. I had a hard time finding red organic grapes with seeds and no local supermarkets sold them, it’s really hard to get organic food from a supermarket, you usually have a few salad items and bananas! Resveratrol is a must for oestrogen positive breast cancer and her2 positive. One clinical trial gave patients 8 doses of reservatrol daily for one month and it showed all patients had a reduction in tumour growth by 3-7%. Blueberries are also rich in resveratrol and a vitro experiment showed that it’s excellent for people with triple negative breast cancer BUT you must eat loads to have an effect! It’s advisable to take a supplement too to really enhance the amazing cancer fighting effects that red grapes have! Laetrile found in apricot seed kernels are also found in grape seed this is known as B17 and there are clinics around the world that inject pure laetrile into the breast and its shown positive results and cured women with breast cancer upon regular visits, but I don’t know the statistics of the success rate. In the 1920s there was a protocol for cancer called the Johanna Brandt Grape diet which consisted of eating just grapes and nothing else for one week, this helped Johanna slowly go into remission.
  3. **Lemons – D limonene is the active chemical here. In a study conducted at the University of Arizona Centre 43 women were given 2 grams of limonene daily for 4 weeks. Results showed they all had a reduction in tumour markers and the limonene had accumulated in the breast area. Specifically limonene had reduced breast tumours Cyclin D1 therefore more effective in oestrogen positive breast cancer. There is about 100mg of limonene in one lemon with its peel. So around 20 lemons would have to be eaten daily for a significant effect. So supplements and using lemon essential oil mixed with apricot kernel oil on the breasts would also stimulate the limonene effects. Use a small amount of lemon because the essential oil creates a red and itchy skin reaction, so a very small amount must be used. I would personally use one drop to every 10 ml and then just use 5 drops of the blend on the middle of the chest. Robert Tisserand (the master of aromatherapy) also quotes how lemon and orange essential oils are more effective than frankincense in cancer treatment.
  4. Blueberries – A recent study (May 2016) has showed that when blueberries were fed to animals they had a 50% lower chance in contracting breast cancer. Another experiment was undertaken in vivo, 50% of mice that were fed with blueberries produced less and significantly smaller tumours to the mice that hadn’t. Blueberries are probably one of the most powerful antioxidant foods out there. Blue and purple fruits are very high in antioxidants and red fruit and vegetables are usually very high in vitamin C (red chilli peppers being the highest).
  5. ***Iodine – This is a fascinating subject, in the national library of medicine I was reading about recent studies on the connection between the thyroid gland and breast cancer. They have found a solid connection that the most common age is mid-forties with similar post menopausal peak incidents due to low iodine levels; these women also had breast cancer. In Japan women eat lots of iodine and breast cancer is at the lowest number in the world. David Browstein MD reports of three cases of spontaneous remission of breast cancer after women taking Iodine supplementation. In Japan Dr Funahashi tested the chemotherapy drug against wakame seaweed. He fed half the rats with wakame seaweed before injecting the cancer. No cancer developed in the seaweed rats, it was 100% successful at preventing cancer! Amazing! Those treated with chemotherapy drugs before injecting the cancer showed very large tumour growths in all mice. So Seaweed has a powerful potential to prevent cancer. Experiments have also shown that Iodine can block oestrogen receptors in breast cancer cells.
  6. *Tomatoes – Tomatoes are a good source of melatonin and lycopene. Melatonin protects against breast cancer in several ways, one main attribute is reducing oestrogen function. Cherry tomatoes are the best to eat because they are highest in lycopene. Unfortunately Sun dried tomatoes contain high levels of copper which could contribute to metastasis of breast cancer so they are best avoided. In 1999 a clinical trial took place for prostate cancer, they analysed 32 men and gave them 30mg of lycopene a day from tomatoes over 3 weeks. PSA levels decreased by 10-25% in 70% of the men. Small amounts of lycopene can be found in pink grapefruit and water melon.
  7. Garlic – Garlic is made up of many antibacterial, anti viral and antiseptic compounds. One of those compounds is called diallyl disulphide. Diallyl Disuphide synergises the effect of eicosapentaenoic acid (a breast cancer suppressor) and antagonises the effect of linoleic acid (omega 6 which is a breast cancer enhancer) An experiment was conducted on mice with breast cancer, they injected 1mg of diallyl disuphide three times a week for 30 days which resulted in an average 43% reduction in tumour weight. Imagine the effects if they had continued this for 3 or 4 months! This experiment also showed that linoleic acid to be a potent cancer cell stimulator. These experiments are in the national library of medicine. Garlic has also been shown to be highly effective in reducing colon cancer and enhancing the immune system. Garlic is best eaten raw because cooking any foods can destroy enzymes and healing compounds within them.
  8. Turmeric – Curcumin has chemo preventative and anti tumoral activities. Studies of this amazing herb have been in abundance over the years. This study is specifically to breast cancer: Curcumin possesses anti inflammatory, antioxidant and antitumoral effects. It stops the signalling pathways to cancer and enhances maspin which is a serine protease inhibiter and stops tumour growth. Curcumin decreases her2 protein. These are results of studies in vivo and vitro.
  9. ***Watercress – According to a study conducted at the University of Southampton and published in the British Journal of nutrition, the plant compound known as phenyl ethyl isothiocyanate may suppress cancer cell development. It works by turning off signal receptors that enhance cell growth. In one study they had 24 breast cancer patients eat a bowl of watercress and then tested their blood over the next 24 hours. The researchers found high levels of the plant compound in the blood and the signalling function was immediately affected. Other research has taken place in different parts of the world showing that watercress can lower incidences of colon, breast and prostate cancers. So watercress will turn off signals from the tumour and starve the cells. Experiments in vivo and vitro showed that phenylethyl isothiocyanate caused cell death in HER2 positive breast cancer cells. A small clinical trial on smokers found that consuming 6oz a day of watercress decreased the activation of the procarcinogen that is found in tobacco. Eating a bowl of watercress a day will have a powerful reaction on your body to prevent and starve cancer cells in your body.
  10. Spirulina – Spirulina combined with selenium, quertcicn, indol 3 carbinol and grape seed has been used in a scientific experiment in vitro, its known as the Spirulina cocktail and it was shown to be 100% effective in fighting cancer cells and inhibiting cancer cell growth. BUT this was in vitro which means it took place in a petri dish and not on a living animal or person. Spirulina is full of phycocyanin compounds which have been nicknamed by scientists “Executioner proteins” An experiment in vivo showed that supplements of spirulina stopped cancer cell growth by 83%. A similar experiment on liver cancer showed spirulina reduced the chances of contracting the cancer by 80%.
  11. Quercetin – Quercetin is found in elderberries, onions, cranberries, blueberries, red grapes, tomatoes, apples, pears, green and black tea and cherries. Quercetin inhibits cancer cell growth in breast cancer. In lung cancer a study showed a combination of a high diet in apples and onions showed a 50% reduction in lung cancer it also inhibits leukemic T cells progressing. In another vitro study it showed cell apoptosis in HER2 breast cancer cells. A study on mice showed high dose quercetin reduced tumour size by 70%
  12. *Indole 3 carbinol – In 2005 a pharmaceutical company called Hoechstn was trying to patent a product that had a high indole 3 carbinol content they claimed that it could be the future to treat all manners of illnesses including arthritis, MS and cancer and potentially  in time replace the chemo drug tamoxifen. In the Cancer Watch magazine in America, research was uncovered that showed that women who supplemented indole 3 carbinol needed less of the drug tamoxifen and side effects were lessoned. Foods high in this compound are broccoli, cabbage, kale and Brussel sprouts. The first recorded use of cabbage and cancer was in 200BC where Cato the Elder stated “if a cancerous ulcer appears on the breast, apply a crushed cabbage leaf to make it well” There have been hundreds of studies on this amazing compound since 1990. Another study of women with cervical cancer in its early stages showed that 50% of those who were given 300mg of indole 3 carbinol actually reversed early stage cancer.
  13. ***Cayenne pepper and chilli peppers – These peppers contain capsaicin, lycopene and quercetin. Capsaicin has been shown to inhibit growth and induce apoptosis in breast cancer cells, including her2 and EGFR. Several population studies have shown an association between hot pepper consumption and lower incidence of breast cancer. Capsaicin cleanses the blood and contains high amounts of vitamin C and E. See Green tea for more information.
  14. Ginger – Fresh ginger contains gingerol which when dried forms zingerone. At the University of Michigan scientists combined a solution of ginger powder and water to ovarian cancer cells. In every one of the tests, the cancer cells died from being in contact with the ginger. The cancer cells either committed suicide or attacked themselves. Several articles on the internet announced ginger to be 10,000 more effective than chemotherapy! This is true but the experiments were in vitro.
  15. ***Green tea – Green tea contains EGCG also known as Epigallocatechin gallate. EGCG is responsible for the reduction of inflammation and oestrogen over activity in breast tissue as well as the dying off of cancer cells. When EGCG is combined with capsaicin as mentioned above (chilli peppers and cayenne pepper) it has extremely high anti carcinogenic effects. This combination can be found in a supplement called Capsol T. 110 subjects were tested and given 350mg of Capsol T every 4 hours for 6 months 94% were cancer free at the end of it! This was for extremely early stage cancer; it showed that this combination completely destroys the ENOX2 protein that promotes tumour growth. The American Journal of clinical nutrition state that experiments with Green Tea have actually found a combination of Capsaicin with it has a more powerful effect on cell apoptosis in cancer cells; most experiments show it’s 100 times more effective! Another experiment showed patients treated people with cancer at not such an early stage over a 6 month period and found 36% of patients healed completely 32% improved by 40% or more. So in conclusion this therapy is found to be 68% effective. That’s more successful than chemotherapy! I drink green tea constantly throughout the day and add a bit of cayenne pepper to it each time (just a small sprinkle) Capsol T is expensive so a cheaper way is to drink lots of green tea with cayenne pepper.

I hope this had helped in guiding you towards a diet that will help promote your healing so you can go forward with your cancer treatment with more confidence and positivity.

Healing in Devon

The first day

11th March

Charles picked me up at the station last night. We talked about cancer treatments and our plans for the future, its like we’ve known each other forever and I feel comfortable in his company. As we drive into the darkness he announces that Im staying in the guest room and if I don’t like it I can pick another one? He then states we are now on my drive, 5 minutes later we are still travelling …… I begin to suspect that Charles lives in a very big house. As we pull up to the house I see my suspicions are correct! Wow!

After a restless sleep, I open my eyes and feel the sun shining into my room and into the 5 windows of the bay. I walk over to the windows to embrace the magnificent view that unfolds before me. The rolling hills and the large beautiful river sparkling in the sun and in direct view a huge pine tree. It is so still that the scene looks like a painting before me. What a blessing Charles has looking out on this loveliness every day. Charles makes me breakfast an  we have organic gluten free, sugar free muesli with sheep’s yoghurt and blueberries with a green smoothie to wash it down with. We sit in the conservatory, which looks out onto the river and the hills, there are a few boats in the distance. The boats are still, the only movement is from the soft breeze falling upon the branches of the trees, so the trees sway gently and rhythmically almost dancing in the gentle light wind. We talk about our lives, relationships, friends and our personal journey with cancer.

I spend the whole day walking along the grounds, my appointment with the doctor that Charles recommended is at 3pm so I have plenty of time. Joining me I have 3 dogs, a Labrador who belongs to Charles and the other two belong to the people who work in an accomadation on the grounds, which incidently is 40 acres! The company is called energy dots part owned by Charles and they provide attachments to put on your phone to stop the bad vibes. As I walk along the grounds I am followed by three dogs who are also playing and running around freely. I take photos of the splendour around me, but pictures cannot really portray the energy of this tranquil place. It has such peace, tranquillity and a kind of divinity about it. I sit on the bench at the front of the house, I breath in the beauty around me, it’s like being in a painting, I feel high and truly at peace. The immense beauty and tranquillity brings tears to my eyes as I start to think about my auntie who died 24 years ago of cancer, I remember the last time I saw her. We had all gone shopping and she walked over to some flowers and I watched her as she closed her eyes and smelt each one, she was absorbing life with all her senses, I could see that. Here I sit on a bench doing exactly the same, absorbing and embracing heaven on earth which many of us fail to see when we are stressing and focusing on every day tension, we kind of miss life by getting caught up in worry and pressure.

The fresh air has enlivened me before I see the doctor. I call a taxi and the driver is a Swedish lady called Anna. We have an in depth conversation and when she finds out that this is my first day, she decides to give me a guided tour as we travel into Totnes. She tells me all the history of the place, she even stops and starts showing me photographs! I didn’t mind paying for the extra 5 minutes of her stopping and pointing and pausing in the middle of the road to show me photographs. I decide I really like this woman, she is quite a character and I will use her taxi in the future. She drops me off at the wrong place as I embarrassingly find out, the receptionist of the clinic points me in the correct direction. The clinic is above a kind of hippy café that sells smoothies and vegetarian food and has a television in the middle of it that shows lapping waves and gentle music is playing. I walk up three flights of stairs and wait for my appointment.

Dr Stephen Hopwood is a medical doctor and Chinese herbalist who practices in acupuncture, Chinese herbs and nutrition. Stephen also ran a sky channel called Paradigm Shift. So on first meeting Stephen he asks me questions that are obviously to do with my medical condition and we talk about diet, sleep patterns etc. The first thing he advised me about was that the thyroid is an essential part of the immune system. A result of having a low thyroid is cold hands and fatigue. The session was interesting and informative. I then get a taxi back with Anna and go to the guest house in Stoke Gabriel which is on top of a small hill and absolutely gorgeous with the magnificent views that Stoke Gabriel is full of. The owners are John and Helen who are originally from Leeds. I’m hungry, so I ask them where the best place is to eat and she advises a pub at the top of the road and then tells me to use the torch on the keyring on my way back. I walk into the church Inn, it’s a small pub and I order a crab sandwich and half a Guinness. I eat and then I walk back. There are no street lights in Stoke Gabriel so I torch my way back. I don’t feel frightened at all walking in the darkness, this place has such nice energy, I feel an inner calm and peace. I settle into my room ready for tomorrows acupuncture session.1932284_10209492759976319_7732446987107010486_n

The Phoenix

2016

The Phoenix:
All hope is gone and you feel empty and numb
The darkness enfolds you, what will you become?
All is lost and you can see no way out
The ashes lay lifeless and you question what life is about

The phoenix turns ashes into fire
Something inside awakens and begins to transpire
There is a light within us that wants to rise
Something so powerful, it will reach for the skies

The phoenix exists within us all
The power of the phoenix gives us strength to stand tall
When you find the light and fire within
You will find your truth and then your life will truly begin

The Guest room is twice the size of my bedroom at home and it has a bathroom and changing room attached. There are 5 huge windows which curve around the front of the bedroom and a settee and massage chair is in the room. I’m gobsmacked! I’ve never encountered anything like this before!

Food for thought

9th March

It has now been two weeks since the localised chemo and it totally knocked me out.I felt sick for the first couple of days and then for the next two weeks I laid on my couch with no energy at all, I couldn’t even walk my dog, just taking her round the block left me breathless. My energy levels were really low and today is the first day I’m starting to feel normal again and I have an appetite for lots of food. A steaming hot curry is on the pan cooked with all fresh ingredients, garlic, ginger, turmeric, cumin, tomatoes, onions, red chilli peppers and peppers with organic chicken and brown rice. The smell of the spices and the thought of the goodness that’s within this food makes my mouth water and I sit down and watch a film whilst enjoying my immune boosting curry. It’s raining outside and I feel warm and comforted. This only lasts a moment as I have to pack my case again and go to Devon. I pack slowly and calmly and start to think of my plans for the future, it’s getting quite scary now, what do I do to heal? I try and focus just on the next 30 days, I will concentrate on boosting my immune system and then I will see what happens in April, I haven’t got enough money to go back to professor Vogl at the moment. I start to think how I can make some more money, I need to have one more treatment with Dr Vogl, mistletoe injections and vitamin c injections to really boost my immune system and its vital to have a blood test with Dr Sharma to see what will heal my cancer. Total £8,000 all I can do is try and raise the money. If I don’t… then what? I start imagining the worst outcome, I try and focus on my mission and erase any negativity swimming around in my mind, I can’t let fear overwhelm me. I’m focusing on healing and being perfectly healthy. I visualise this and start saying positive affirmations. In the evening I relax and drink lots of green tea, when I go to bed I listen to hypnotherapy recordings. I have to train my brain and my subconscious that I will become better no matter what.

The next morning, I get ready to leave, my train leaves at 12.17pm. I have to leave my little dog again, this makes me sad, she looks up at me with sad little eyes. I give her loads of kisses before I go. Jasmine went to work early and didn’t even say bye, this saddens me.

On the train I think of the journey I have been through and where I am now, I feel like I haven’t got anywhere fast, with only one treatment under my belt and wasting my money on the Hufeland Klinik which could have been spent on something better ….. I have no money coming in and this concerns me. At the same time, I know I’m being helped and I have to trust! I know I’m being looked after by something larger than my mortal self, something divine and loving.

What I have learnt so far about cancer treatments is;

Chemo: Chemo works for some and not for others. Those that it does work for get extremely ill and it totally depletes the immune system and kills healthy cells. With Dr Vogls work he only treats the cancerous cells and leaves healthy cells intact, the treatments are also 5 times more effective so less treatments are needed. I have met and spoke to many people who underwent chemo and their cancer came back a few years later. An oncologist report has said that chemotherapy is 30% effective. So if it works for 30% of people, what about the other 70%? And having death as a side effect, how can it even be regarded as a successful treatment?

Hyperthermia and localised hyperthermia: This treatment is supposed to be very good it heats cancer tumours to forty degrees and cancer cannot survive in these conditions. Hyperthermia can not be found in the UK so Germany is the only option to receive this treatment.

Mistletoe Injections: I have seen lots of videos and news articles that have said mistletoe injections have cured them and it works exceptionally well alongside chemotherapy by reducing the harsh side effects. Mistletoe boosts the immune system to a high level. Susan Sommers who is an American actress swears by them. So I must give them a try. I have contacted a few clinics in London but consultation plus injections are costly.

Vitamin C injections – This boosts the immune system to a high level and helps fight cancer cells. Again they are available in London but costly (around £150 each)

Gcmaf – I have to research this more, it has been recommended to me by a couple of people and I will write more about it once I have thoroughly researched each treatment.

CBD oil – Cannabis oil alone has not cured anybody that I know of but some people have gone through a gruelling protocol of using the oil and suppositories that have been carefully calculated for their height and body weight and it costs thousands of pounds to do it properly. I spoke to one girl in America who has lung cancer and she said it’s a long process, she said the side effects are fatigue and nausea BUT her tumour has shrunk by half in 4 months and her tumour markers have reduced considerably. Some people have the idea that smoking cannabis has the same effect. It doesn’t! I also know of three other people who tried this healing method alongside chemotherapy and unfortunately died. So there has been a lot of hype over cbd and it does help to calm you down and its very good for anxiety, fear and stress which are all part of the cancer journey. So I recommend the oil to help with these ailments. If you are truly dedicated to the suppositories and months of treatment, I know that people are curing themselves through this process so it might be worthwhile. I would like to research this method more.

Diet: It’s taken a while through trial and error to really find the food that suits me. Food that boosts the immune system and detoxes the body. I’ve still got to master the perfect green smoothie! But apart from that I always eat organic food. I eat loads of fruit and vegetables, broccoli every day for the indole 3 carbinol which has anti-cancernogenic effects and also lowers oestrogen levels. I have green powder that includes chlorella, wheatgrass and spirulina and I drink lots of lemon water and green tea. I now take supplements as recommended by the doctor of: Astragulus, Magnesium, I try to have 1,000mg of vitamin c every day, I was advised a very high dosage of vitamin D, selenium, I take hemp oil and flax oil for vitamin E and omega 3 and omega 6. Plus, an antioxidant blend. All these are from the company Viridian or Pukka as all of their products contain no sugar or preservatives or toxic chemicals that the cheap vitamin tablets contain. So I am very strict with my diet but I do still go out with friends and have a coffee and treat myself to soup, a wrap or chips whilst I’m out. I feel a lot better within myself by changing my diet and of course I have NO sugar at all! I don’t eat bread or cereal because they have huge amounts of sugar in them. It’s been a total life style change. I wish I had done it earlier to prevent this cancer from happening in the first place.

So as I think of my future plans to heal, I finally arrive in Devon. This place turns out to be the most healing experience I’ve encountered so far.

A Quest for the truth

2016-transformationA Quest for the truth

We must all be prepared for ripples of transformation, nothing ever stays the same. When we feel broken and all is lost, we can rise up from the ashes and go on a quest for the truth. This maybe internally or externally but if we are open to answers we will find them. We will find them in unexpected places and when we take notice of everything around us, the people we meet, the songs we hear and most of all nature, we then start to see the bigger picture. So what is the quest for the truth? It’s a magnificent journey of self-discovery, its changing the way we perceive the world. Our observations and interpretations of the world right now are just a filtered lens based on our personal beliefs. When something rocks our world either positively or negatively it enables us to see beyond our own limitations and beliefs, which then facilitates us to open up to new and different possibilities. Our paths are forever changing and intertwining, weaving in and out of other people’s paths, creating a life journey that is unique to us. Change and transformation is inevitable; change will lead us to our greatest truth or a more open heart, the greatest lesson is to not fear it. Each experience creates our life. Every minute we are creating, every thought and emotion will have a cause and effect. Through the waves of thought and emotion we create life here on earth and life that can only go on by encountering change and transformation.

What I’ve always known and am experiencing to the maximum right at this moment is that your inner world reflects in your outer world. There will be no more blame, guilt or self-sabotage, things have happened and now it’s time to heal the wounds and move forward with love and grace. Healing is a journey of self-discovery that leads you to the truth. It’s the key to transforming your life. Cancer is a horrible life threatening disease but its helped me open my eyes to the true meaning of life and open my heart to the greatest gratitude of life. Seeing and sensing the beauty of the very essence and magic of life within every living thing.
